Your rent includes: all utilities (water, sewer, trash), cleaning service, pest control, WiFi and access to our team whenever you need them.

Your room will be fully furnished with a full-size bed, desk and chair. The living/dining area comes with a sofa, coffee table, dining table, TV stand & flat screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, toaster oven, coffee machine, cookware, dishes/utensils as well as a washer and dryer.

All properties are equipped with Nest security cameras, alarm system, motion sensor lights and keyless entry.

Rent is required on the 1st of every month to avoid a late penalty.

You can easily view your statement and pay your rent online via the resident portal on our website.

We conduct a credit and background check which includes income verification.

We collect a security deposit equal to one month’s rent at lease execution.  

A lease agreement is a binding contract and cannot be broken. Please contact our office for additional details.

Pets are not allowed at any of our properties.

We suggest you bring bedding for a full-size bed, toiletries, and any personal items to make your room feel like home.

Our insurance will not cover the loss of your personal belongings. For this reason, we suggest you obtain renter’s insurance which is generally a cost effective option and will cover your personal items.
